The warheads are hemeretically encased under the several inch thick hulls of their reentry vehicles. They're not particularly hot just sitting there. If anything you'd be in more danger from old asbestos insulation, tetanus, petrochemical fumes from the diesel powered generators, and residual traces of rocket fuel, depending on what type of ICBMs were serviced. The Atlas and Titan ICBMs, were both liquid fueled, and their launch complex had personell to actively maintain and fuel the weapons.
those icbms have since been retired, and only the MinuteMan and Peacekeeper missles are used now. They're solid fueled, and stuck in smallish silo clusters that are far removed from the people that launch them.
