Thermite substrate. It's more effective as an anti-AOHell poke than an actual useful container for the molten iron, but the thing crisps like a marshmallow in Hell... I haven't had much success with frisbees - lacking an aerodynamic edge, they tend to fly vertically, which works but doesn't have the same "Beware the Shiny Coaster of Death!" effect as you zip it across the room to your unsuspecting sibling. I wonder if a piece of surgical tubing could be rigged for this...
