Why is it that every new web comic I've come across in the last few months - MegaTokyo, Exploitation Now, Ink Tank - started in July-August 2000? And what does it have to do with the secret movements of unmarked military helicopters over major North American cities during the same time period? I know there's a connection... but somebody doesn't want me to find out what it is...
