Not only that, but Ichiro got hit in the back with a pitch, and Al Martin was knocked unconscious in a collision in left field. At least I assume he was unconscious... another fielder had to roll him off the ball. The only reason I mention it, is I carted my butt three hours up to Seattle and had to watch all the gut-wrenching action (what little there was of it.) To quote the T-shirt my sister bought today "The Yankees suck!"
