Yes, but only after the other effects wear off...
I'd postulate that what is happening is that the people in question are simply thinking less rigidly than before, and can see some of the less obvious answers. This would also be why it peaks after continued use - you can only improve your lateral thinking skills so much, and if you go too far you enter a reality-framework that is divergent from that which the test assumes (i.e., you flip out). |
