Perhaps you haven't seen the stats on how many webservers are running some variant of Apache (Open Source/GPL), or how many are running some free/independant version of *NIX? If your point is simply that M$ is making more money, so what? The fact that Linux/Apache/GPL/OpenSource are free dictatest that M$ *WILL* make more money selling their products. Even if you count the service side, for the sake of equality, count the in house *NIX experts that have been hired by companies to support their installations.
