My experience in consulting and tech support is that there's always plenty to do. First the users want computers that work. Then they want the computers to balance their checkbooks. Then they want the computers to develop financial plans. Then... you get the idea. I think we're a long way off from computers that just always do whatever the users want without tech staff. -Miko
