So do you back up your users machines every .0001 seconds? I don't remember the last time I needed to recover any "critical data" from a recycle bin, I could get it off a tape, but it's easier not to have to do that. And I don't really wanna be bugged by users every time they deleted a file and later relize that they actually need that file. The recycle bin is not an excuse to not have a good backup policy, or a replacement for backups, it's merely a convenience.
