Hey, if nothing else, it's like my namesake was saved here... I have no problem with that. As far as freedoms of expression and whatnot go- I've said this before:
Freedom Brings Responsibility.
First of all, we are all responsible for our actions and our words.
Secondly, we are also using a site that is not public domain. Don't forget that. Moan and complain all you want. I don't even try to set the rules here, because it's not my site. And most importantly, I can and DO have the same policy on my website (http://www.StarvingGuitarist.com/news).
