I used to work on a college help desk. We supported the faculty and staff. These people are SUPPOSED to be smarter then their desks. No such luck I'm afraid. "Click the "OK" button now" [long silence] "I don't seem to have an OK button on my keyboard...." Of course, a good re-read of BOFH or the Helpdesk Log always helped a bit...
