He who has the Gold makes the rules. If you take money from the Feds to do an art work you have to get the content approved by the Feds. If you want to use a Chat Room or a BBS you have to obey the rules of that Chat Room. If you have problems with those concepts I suggest you take the time to grow up, because nothing is free. Every thing has a cost, be it monetary, moral, or ethical.
