Several times I have thought you mis-moderated, and I said something about it every time - but in an appropriate place (as a reply). Today I think you acted too slowly, if anything.
I was thinking that if there could be a "time out" function, it might help. If you don't want to delete someone outright, you could give them a time out, preventing that account from posting till the next day or something. If that's even possible. If not, go ahead and delete people who act that irresponsibly.
