Oh, I'm sure it's not that hard to change.... I probably would've succeeded that night if not for the sushi (no, I didn't have much of that)...
It was great stuff, and this is coming from someone who can't stand fish. We even had some Japanese horseradish stuff. Now, that burns. Chased that down with sake and sapporo. Things evened out with some Guiness, rum, and Two Dogs. My friends and I had to have some of that before some Bailey's to weaken that horseradish.
