Someone fill me in on what Canadian law has to say on the issue, but the US Constitution's First Amendment does say that CONGRESS shall make no laws restricting freedom of speech, etc, ad nauseam. UF was never mentioned, so as far as that's concerned, kickstart can censor and moderate you to his little black heart's content and it's just fine. And even Congress could moderate you if you attempted to post in an inappropriate place. You would not be permitted to place you joke in the Congressional Record for example. This would not be deemed an infringement on your right to freedom of speech, as you have many other outlets for this expression. There have always been limits on freedom of speech - it was Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr who said "Freedom of Speech does not extend to the right to shout 'Fire' in a crowded theater. >Basically, if you don't like being moderated, either stop posting or at least post something worthwhile. What you're doing is just going to get you deleted.
