And while you're munching on that cookie, please remove yourself from this board. Kickstart is a moderator for a *private* board. That means that he can do whatever the hell he pleases and you can't say squat, in, say a court of law. Further if you want to debate what a moderator's duties are, it means what the admin/owner and the moderator have agreed too, and nothing more.
But forgive me.. I forgot for a moment that you are seemingly incapable of grasping the concept of 'privately owned' and 'government property'.
