Question of the Day! by kickstart2001-02-09 00:01:04
REALLY OLD computers by cindik 2001-02-09 07:07:34
OK, I'm old. I First programmed in FORTRAN via punch cards sent to "the computer" in another building. The first computers I used were Ohio Scientific boxes (don't remember the models). The next was a Heathkit H8 (running HDOS). The first computer I ever owned was an Osborne I running CP/M. All this command-oriented stuff may be the reason I despise GUIs. kickstart wrote: >What was/is your first computer? > >Kickstart > >Feel free to submit QOTDs to qotd@userfriendly.org, but no guarantees they'll be posted! The best and most likely ones to get posted are those that have a large set of possible answers (ie. more than YES or NO).
