Alright is most certainly a word here, as is ain't (is not, are not), y'ontoo (would you like to), ratcheer (right here), pasat (please pass that to me) and datgo'amdogdunpistinnaflogin (that goshdarn dog relieved his or her bladder in the floor once again and I am upset about this turn of events). However, you are correct in implying that my use of 'alright' is improper, as there is no l or r in the word as it is pronounced, coming out something like ahhh-ight but without the hyphen, as it is really one continuous sound the spelling of which is impossible with the Roman alphabet. |
