The computer looks very DEC, pos PDP-8 period. See the keys for loading the initial code, the paper tape reader and the DECTape unit? However the PDP-8 didn't take THAT much power. Of course as it's Sid he's probably using it as the front end to a water cooled IBM-360 :-)
