If you get something for free, why switch? 3) Understanding the film is one thing. I was commenting about how the film was written rather than the concepts behind it. The concept was brilliant, but the delivery was not up to the standard M Night showed us initially in "Sixth Sense". The film is about human potential and the constant struggle for balance and heroism. When a paper, film, or opinion about human potential is written, the body and conclusion are usually a bit more in depth. The same goes for good and evil. However, when you bring up either or both topics and do not use enough supporting evidence (or plot in the case of the movie), you end up leaving holes that can be exploited as a case of bad writing. My major rant was that it was written poorly. You simply dont spend time building up a massive and brilliant plotline to simply conclude it abruptly.
