Petal670 - Re: 10th Dec by HellaHulla 2000-12-17 16:05:06
--Original-- HellaHulla Dec 8, 00 by Petal670 on Dec 10, 2000 @ 10:13 PST Thanks for your response. I do agree. I also have an inexplicable love for music... Music of all sorts... I haven't been exposed to much music in other languages, but I've always wanted to get into that sort of thing... Would you have any favorites to share? ---Original--- .. Sorry I took so long to reply. Hi :) Well as for favorites I'd say anything by Nena in German, not the crappy English versions which are just watered down and cleaned up and ruined. Now no offence to Germans, but the language is not really perfect for creating song lyrics with, but Nena managed to make the lyrics to their songs sound really good. So try them :) Also I have just received "Best of Alla Pugacheva" this is the artist of the song title I wanted to know a few days ago, and I find not only her music very sensual in a way, but her voice makes me quiver, plus the songs sound good, although they are very 70's pop like ;-) Anyway, just keep looking around, search for artists on napster, try Markoolio who is Finnish I do believe, very interesting music indeed. Enya for some Celtic type music, just search around and find what you like, but I'd really give Nena a go, has to be one of my favorite artists. Take care Eric P.S. I had to write this in a hurry, so if you want more suggestions feel free to ask on the forum or email me.
