Hmm. First off, they're 21" guns in the 3 main turrets. Secondly, at last I checked, it still had all 4 of it's original 3-gun turrets (2 fore, 2 aft), the helipad was a large open space on the aft deck that was also used for assembly and other purposes. :-) The Phalanx systems are not mounted on deck, rather, they're mounted on the superstructure, 2 to each side if I recall correctly, although it may only be 2 in total. Also, there are, if I recall, a total of 8 2 inch guns mounted in turrets on the superstructure. The tomahawk missile launchers did not replace any turrets : they are actually compact enough to have been mounted where some of the old .50 caliber AA guns used to be, as the phalanx systems took over the roles of the old AA guns as well. To my knowledge there are none of the old .50 cal guns left, and the odds of any large surface vessel actually encountering a modern-day enemy aircraft at that close or a range are slim to nil due to the range of anti-ship weapons systems on the aircraft and the anti-aircraft missile systems contained within the usual complement of destroyers and missile frigates. Yes, I know my modern naval warfare systems quite well. :-)
