You've obviously never worn a t-shirt before. You see, when you wear a nice shirt, you often want to prevent sweat stains from marring the look (the armpits especially get nasty looking). That is why the ancients used to wear an undershirt, called a t-shirt, from which modern day t-shirts are descended for use without a top covering. Perhaps that will help. BTW, how old are you?
