I think that the american people need to be better educated as to what their rights and responsibilities are. I think this whole W Palm Beach mess is indicitive of what is happening with our society as a whole. We leave it up to the government until such time that we dont thing the rules apply to us. Then we sue someone or institution that they were bias against us because of our apathy prior to the question. Hell right or wrong a bunch of legislation passed in califorina by large margins then got stuck in the courts because someone thought they should never have been passed in the first place. What is the point of voting if we can over turn the vote immediately by lawsuit. In the case in florida the ballot was approved by a democrat but just because some people who had ample opportunity to do it correctly goofed up we should sue someone over it just because it just happens to be a close election. If this were not close no one would have filed anything. Get a grip people the rules are the rules pay attention if you dont understand get help.
