Ancient Greek by whitehole 2000-09-18 13:24:11
Maybe this should be "Ancient Geek"? Anyway, closest phonetic in English alphabet. (Ancient Attic dialect by the way, not Ionic or Sappic, you sicko). It should be technically "readable" for modern Greek speakers (as I can get most modern Greek), but its like trying to talk in Old English to someone on IRC. [heis] Erwin: Hoste erkontai apo duo tos X-Philos hos legoosi tain trepentays a-poian... Steph: eko kronov "Storm". erkownto hos hoplidzousi "cerebro" meta "Windows 98"! Hilaru: "Wolverine" ouk dokei... Arkown: pausasthe! autoi. ekomen a-pioan. [duo] Arkown: eko epistolan epi thoorais. ekomen ouk ton kroosion krauesthe alaythayn "X-Men" onoma hos kalomen soo alla onomata. Hilaru, anti "Storm" esesthe "Drizzle". Hilaru: ho! [treis] Arkown: kai Steph, anti "Wolverine" esesthe... oooo... posos ameinown estin "Weasle". Steph: pows! Hilaru: day: de'ekeinos esti agathos. Supply your own circumflexes dang it!
