Isn't it great that my fellow tech support people can sit in our ivory towers and glare down at the masses of "lusers". I don't think so. No one was born with man installed in their head. At some point WE all had to learn how to operate computers So why do you think it's funny when someone else doesn't know and asks questions. I freelance tech support to a local Auto shop. My fee= free maintainance, from guys who think I'm pretty dumb for not knowing how to do a tune up.
